The Alix Public Library offers a Summer Reading Program for children on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons during July and August. Children participate in crafts, activities, and fun.

When In...

During the Fall and Winter months the Alix Public Library presents a fun evening for adults. We "travel" to exotic destinations, taste the foods, learn about the area, and have a great time one Saturday evening a month!
The evening begins with a potluck of the foods from the featured country, followed by a video or presentation of the country's highlights. A table is set up with a display of souveniers and other items. It is a wonderful way to meet people and learn about another culture at the same time.
